Jamaican Home Remedy for Sugar

Jamaican Remedies for Diabetes

From time to time, remedies emerge that promise to reduce the effects of lifestyle diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and so on. In recent time, I have been made aware of one such remedy that contains ingredients that are readily available. I will share this, which I must make clear is not a treatment for any diagnosis but simply for sharing information of natural remedies that Jamaicans claim to use to minimise the effects of diabetes. You will get this, plus "a brawta" (a little extra).

Ingredients
Coconut (Jelly) Water
3 Okras
approximately two inches of Aloe Vera Gel

Method
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth (or to your own desire). Pour in a glass container.

Consume 3 ounces at a time. You may choose to have this for three consecutive mornings.

"The Brawta"

Ingredients
1 cup Water
6 Okra heads

Method
Bring the cup of water to a boil. remove from flame allow to cool down. In a cup put okra heads then pour the warm water over them. let sit overnight. Consume in the Morning.
