A Jamaican Cure for Cracked Heels

http://alternativemedicinebushdoctor.blogspot.com/

Cracked heels can be painful and worst, quite unsightly. Common causes of this condition include the frequent exposure of the heels to air as a result of wearing slippers and walking barefooted.

The cracks in some cases can be very deep and will take a long time to heal:

Here is a Jamaican Remedy that has been used to heal cracked heels (again this remedy is not a doctor's recommendation but exists as a part of Jamaican folklore):

The Remedy: Use Natural Coconut Oil (Olive Oil can be used as a substitute) to rub the area until moist just before bedtime then put on a pair of black socks (which can be removed in the mornings) This can be done for at least a month or until cracks heal.
