Noni Production

Noni Production
This plant otherwise known to Jamaicans as "Duppy Sour sop" can be found growing wildly in just about any climate.

First. the fruit is harvested as soon as they are fit. Thereafter they are left to ferment by placing in a tightly covered container until the fruits starts to decompose. These usually emit a very pungent odour. They are left there to start draining for approximately 30 days. The Noni is now ready to be taken. It is usually recommended that one teaspoon of liquid be taken once per day after a main mean for nine days.

Noni Leaf for Pain

The Leaf of the Noni plant can also be utilized for pain relief. It is recommended to pick a leaf, gently warm it over medium heat and place it on the area where pain is being felt. This provides almost instant relief.
