Aunt Riti's Jamaican Roots Wine

Aunt Riti's Jamaican Roots Wine
Ingredients
Chaney Root
Medina or Horse Tonic
Linseed
Sarsaparilla
Strong Back
Cherry Bark
Blood Wisp
Nerve Wisp
Molasses
Honey/ Sugar to Taste

Method
1. Bring a large pot with water to a boil.
2. Add the first eight ingredients
3. Allow to boil for a further one and a half hours then remove from flame and set to cool.
4. When cooled, add molasses, honey and Sugar to taste. Bottle the tonic.
This can be served at room temperature or slightly chilled

NB. The tonic should be placed only in a glass bottle with a metal cover.
